Production:  Alumagraphics is set up efficiently to handle both small and large quantity production runs. Each product is inspected at various stages of production and prior to shipping to ensure a quality on-time delivery.

Graphic Layout:  Working from your sketch, engineering drawing or something in between, we apply our graphic design expertise to design your print layout. Your proof will be incorporated right into the prototype.

Imaging:  We specialize as a converter of photosensitive anodized aluminum. This product combines a photo quality image locked inside an anodized coating. Also, durable, high-resolution screen printing on diverse materials with various surface treatments.

Assembly:  Adhesive backing, fasteners, and other hardware can be added to complete the project.

Material:  We handle with equal ease: aluminum, anodized aluminum, Metalphoto, carbon steel, stainless, lexan, and all sorts of plastics.

Fabrication:  Used in combinations to meet your specifications: shearing, punching, bending, tapping, countersinking, welding, machining, milling & our new Laser Cutting.

Finishing:   Selected finishes that meet a wide range of protection and textures: anodizing, zinc chromate, sanded grain, painted, & powder coating.

Sizes and Tolerances:  From oversized graphic panels to standard rack sizes to dials and the smallest label, we combine workmanship and materials to meet your exact requirements.  We fabricate to a ±.005 inch, unless otherwise specified.
