Raw material is cut to optimum size which yields the most cost effective material usage for your components. 

After shearing, typically your work piece begins to take form on one of our three punch presses.  With the speed and accuracy of CNC equipment, holes, slots, and cutouts of all shapes and sizes are applied to your components.   

In addition to standard punch pressing, our newly acquired Laser Cutting capabilities allow us to cut intricate shapes and forms without the added expense of complex non standard tooling.

Once your component is fabricated, the work piece is run through a surface sander which removes tooling marks or sharp edges from punching.  This procedure also prepares the surface for painting, plating, or anodizing.

If your component requires bending, we are fully equipped to form your enclosure with a complete set of dies.  Our computer controlled back gages and press closure allows our technicians to form the complete unit without handling the work piece a second time.

We offer a variety of welding services to seal corners and seams, apply mounting plates, hinges and studs.     

TiG welded corners and edges are grinded smooth to rounded edge to provide a seamless appearance.

We offer a wet spray or powder coated finish to suit your applications needs.   

Apart from metal photo, we offer custom silkscreen printing on most any surface.  From your original artwork or our own from your drawing, we apply professional grade graphics to your components.       

Once all the production processes are complete, our most important is that of packaging.  We take great care to protect your components so they arrive safely at your location.
